Luxembourg European Council, 27-28/04/1980

The European Council meeting in Luxembourg in April 1980 parted without having found a solution to the main problem on its agenda: the British contribution to the community budget. The other subjects discussed were the economic and social situation, the European Monetary System, energy and North-South relations.
