An example of diversification of a Greek brewery (Industry, environment, employment, culture)

The Greek Brewery in Komotini (Northern Greece) is a brewery including technologically advanced. Indeed, the operator, in addition to beer, also produces a beverage tea from the mountain after a traditional recipe patented. In doing so, it not only provides the raw material from its own plantations, but it does work with other producers in the region. This type of operation combines local and sustainable employment with tradition.
