Conditions for obtaining our audiovisual material

1. record The programme directly from Europe by Satellite (EbS) via your satellite receiver after checking the programming schedule.

   if you have missed the scheduled transmission of the programme, check whether it will be retransmitted or request a special retransmission in an available EbS time slot.

   

2. check whether the programme is available in computer format (high definition MPEG-2 files) and download it from the audiovisual portal, after registering with the portal.

3. As a last resort, and only if none of the other methods are possible, request a copy of the programme on cassette from our service.
