Extracts from the press conference by László Andor, on the launch of the "Healthy Workplaces Manage Stress" campaign
On 7 April 2014, László Andor, Member of the EC in charge of Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, held a joint press conference with Christa Sedlatschek, Director of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA), and Vasilis Kegeroglou, Greek Deputy Minister for Labour, Social Security and Welfare and President in office of the Council of the EU, on the occasion of the launch of the "Healthy Workplaces Manage Stress" campaign 2014-2015.
The campaign, organised by EU-OSHA, aims to raise awareness about the psychological, physical and social risks linked to stress at work. Indeed, stress is one of the most frequently reported work-related health problem in Europe and is believed to be the cause of the majority of all lost working days. PHOTOSHOTLIST
