Visit of Androulla Vassiliou to Cuba: 10/02/2014

On 10 February 2014, Androulla Vassiliou, Member of the EC in charge of Education, Culture, Multilingualism and Youth, travelled to Cuba and participated in the 9th Congress of High Education-"Universidad 2014, held at the Karl Marx Theatre in Havana. On this occasion, she met with Fidel Castro Díaz-Balart, Scientific Adviser of Cuba's council of State, Rodolfo Alarcón Ortiz, Cuban Minister for Superior Education, Rafael Bernal Alemany, Cuban Minister for Culture, and Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermudez, First Vice-President Council of Ministers of Cuba.
