Visit of Androulla Vassiliou to Riga

On 18 January 2014, Androulla Vassiliou, Member of the EC in charge of Education, Culture, Multilingualism and Youth, was in Rīga in Latvia to take part in the 2014 European Capital of Culture's opening events, as well as to launch Erasmus+, the EU's new funding programme for education, training, youth and sport, in the country. This video shows extracts of the participation of the Commissioner to the official opening of the new building of the National Library of Latvia.
