Family farming - A dialogue towards more sustainable and resilient farming in Europe and the world: high level panel discussion

On 29 November 2013, Dacian Cioloş, Member of the EC in charge of Agriculture and Rural Development, participated in the conference entitled ‘Family farming: A dialogue towards more sustainable and resilient farming in Europe and the world’, which was held in Brussels, one week after the official launch of the 2014 International Year of Family Farming. Participants included José Graziano da Silva, Director-General of the FAO, Tsedevdamba Oyungerel, Mongolian Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Member of the State Great Hural of Mongolia, and Ibrahim Coulibaly, President of the National Coordination of Peasants’ Organizations (CNOP) of Mali.
