On 16 July 2013, Karel De Gucht, Member of the EC in charge of Trade, met with Hage Geingob, Namibian Prime Minister, and Calle Schlettwein, Namibian Minister for Trade and Industry, in Windhoek, Namibia. The Officials discussed ways to strengthen trade and investment relations between the EU and Namibia.
