Participation of Siim Kallas in the 'long short walk' for road safety

On 6 May 2013, Siim Kallas, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Transport, took part in the 'Long Short Walk' event aiming at raising awareness on pedestrian road safety on the occasion of the European Road Safety Day. Siim Kallas walked from the Schuman roundabout to the Parc Cinquantenaire. After the walk, Siim Kallas visited a display and demonstration of advanced safety technologies.
