Every year the Commission produces a synthesis report on the previous year's management achievements.
This is the final stage in the Commission's annual planning, programming and reporting cycle.
After the close of the year, the Commission presents the synthesis of management achievements. [173 KB] In adopting this report, the Commission takes overall political responsibility for the management by its Directors-General and heads of service, based on their assurances and reservations as set out in their annual activity reports. The report also identifies key management issues to be tackled (as identified in the annual activity reports) and defines lines of action to address identified weaknesses.
