The European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) has submitted
its detailed opinion in the European Ombudsman's
inquiry into complaint 2485/2004/GG, lodged
by the former Brussels correspondent of
a German weekly.
In its detailed opinion, now available on its website,
OLAF rebuts the allegations brought forward
in the course of these proceedings. OLAF
responds to the Draft recommendation issued by the European
Ombudsman on 2 February 2005.
