This paper explores issues related to the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of anti-trafficking re/integration programmes in South-Eastern Europe. It is the third paper of a series that aims to shed light on good practices in the area of re/integration and share important lessons learned. It addresses the challenging aspect of re/integration work and puts forward monitoring and evaluation as a major tool to systematise these efforts and to ensure that assistance is appropriate and effective.
