Objectives and results
The transnational project Entry - Exit aims at protecting, assisting and supporting victims of human trafficking.
The target group of the project is victims of trafficking in human beings whose needs are not met by other service providers in the society such as traumatised persons and illiterate persons, who have huge problems coping with local authorities and society at large. They are mainly from East European countries (Romania) who have been trafficked mainly for sexual exploitation.
The project activities in Denmark cover an extensive programme, including several aspects aiming at inclusion and integration of victims of trafficking in human beings in DK and RO. The Romanian activities cover developing strategies to protect minor persons from being trafficked. The expected results of the process with the target group are to protect, assist and support (potential) victims of trafficking in human beings and to re-integrate victims into their societies.
Four mutual partner meetings and seminars will be organised, two of these, one in each country with relevant local participants in the field of protecting, assisting and supporting victims of human trafficking. The expected result of the transnational collaboration is that the work with victims of human trafficked is strengthened and a strategy for preventing minors of being trafficked is developed.
