2003 Council Resolution on initiatives to combat trafficking in human beings, in particular women

In this Council Resolution, the European Council calls on Member States to ratify and fully implement all international conventions and instruments against trafficking in human beings. It also urges Members States to use the existing tools to strengthening policies, practices and cooperation to prevent human trafficking, especially women and children.
