Objectives and results
The project was a follow-up briging together the same partners to a previous project undertaken under the STOP programme. The aim was to strengthen cooperation among NGOs, law enforcement and judicial authorities especially in relation to communication problems with potential victims. The project addressed the issue of how to provide jobs and homes for victims, and of returning them to their country of origin. Thus, in addition to improving assistance for victims, collaboration between the public and private sectors may result in a more effective prevention of trafficking.
A few workshops and a final conference were organised during the project.
