State aid notification in the agricultural and forestry sectors and in rural areas
A notification must be transmitted electronically via the Commission's web notification application SANI.
A notification must be accompanied by
- the general notification form and
- the specific notification form relating to the aid measure concerned.
These forms have to be sent as attachments within SANI.
Following the adoption on 25 June 2014 of the new European Union Guidelines for State aid in the agriculture and forestry sector and in rural areas 2014 to 2020, the Commission services are adapting the forms used by the Member States for the notification of the agricultural State aids.
New notification forms will be formally established through a regulation to be adopted in the second half of 2014.
In the meanwhile, in order to facilitate notifications under the new Guidelines as from 1 July 2014, Member States' authorities may use the following adapted versions of the forms. They are available only in English. Other language versions will follow as soon as possible.
Please note that these forms are not yet final and could be up-dated. We would in that regard welcome any question or suggestion that the Member States' authorities may have, as it is our aim to make the forms as clear and user-friendly as possible. Please send such feedback to firstname.lastname@example.org
This form may be used for the simplified notification pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Commission Implementation Regulation N° 794/2004 of 21 April 2004 implementing Council Regulation (EC) No 659/1999 .
