Canada and the EU have recognised each other's organic production rules and control systems as equivalent under their respective rules in June 2011. Canada is recognized for an initial duration of three years.Please consult Annex III of Regulation (EC) 1235/2008 for further information.
Recognition of the European Union by Canada
