According to Art. 29 of Reg. (EC) No 889/2008 laying down rules for the implementation of Reg. (EC) No 834/2007 concerning the authorisation of non-organic food ingredients of agricultural origin which repealed Reg. (EEC) No 2092/91 and its amendments including article 3 of Reg. (EEC) 207/93.
