Consultation for Impact Assessment

As part of the preparation of legislative proposals for the Common Agricultural Policy after 2013, scheduled for the second half of 2011, the Commission Services solicit input from interested parties to complete the diagnosis and exploration of options for reform outlined in the Communication "Meeting the food, natural resources and territorial challenges of the future" and in the consultation document for the impact assessment which can be accessed below.

This questionnaire is targeting stakeholders who are concerned by the Common Agricultural Policy reform

 

Period of consultation

From 23 November 2010 to 25 January 2011

 

Objective of the consultation

The consultation for the Impact Assessment of the Common Agricultural Policy 2020 aims at 

  • informing and allowing stakeholders to submit their views on the problem definition, reform objectives and scenarios proposed,
  • gathering facts and analytical documents to help the impact assessment.

 

How to submit your contribution

We welcome contributions from stakeholders.

In order to participate in this consultation, you are invited to read the consultation document pdf - 85 KB [85 KB]  before you fill in the questionnaire.

To answer the online questionnaire we recommend that you first type the answers offline and that you later copy-paste them into the relevant field.

Additional documents like graphs and tables can be uploaded for every question.  

After you have completed the questionnaire online, you will be invited to press the "Submit" button. The questionnaire will not be submitted until you press this button.

Alternatively you can answer the questionnaire offline and send your contribution to agri-cap-towards2020@ec.europa.eu.

Results of consultation and next steps

The Impact Assessment will take into account the contributions to the consultation. Relevant elements will be integrated in the Impact Assessment report and a chapter will be dedicated to the consultation process, its main results and participants. The report is foreseen for autumn 2011.
