These pages give you access to information on beneficiaries receiving EU funds either via national and regional authorities (shared management) or paid by the Commission directly (centralised management).
The Commission itself normally does not make CAP payments to beneficiaries. According to the principle of shared management, this task is delegated to the Member States.
The only permanent CAP funding scheme which is centrally managed by the Commission is the scheme "Information measures relating to the Common Agricultural Policy".
The Commission receives from the Member States, on an annual basis, data on the payments made to the beneficiaries of the EAGF, for carrying out its functions in the context of the clearance of accounts and for monitoring developments and providing forecasts in the agricultural sector. On the basis of this data, the Commission presents the breakdown of direct payments by Member State and size-class of aid. These figures are accompanied by an annually updated explanatory note.
