Distribution of direct aid to farmers

The European Commission receives from the Member States, on an annual basis, data on the payments made to the beneficiaries of the EAGF (before 2007: EAGGF Guarantee section), for carrying out its functions in the context of the clearance of accounts and for monitoring developments and providing forecasts in the agricultural sector.

 

On the basis of this data, the Commission presents the breakdown of direct payments by Member State and size-class of aid. These figures are accompanied by an annually updated report.
